As I recall, I got acquainted with Deliciound over at mp3.com around 2001 or so. At that site at the time, I ran a radio station called "Suomi Finland Elektronics" (SFE). You may have guessed it readily by the name: SFE was all abt showcasing underground finnish electronic music.

Reaching out to artists to feature on my station, me and Deliciound got into talking. We kept the talks going over email, then swapping cd-r discs over snail mail. Eventually I picked one tune from what I received, and completed these remixes of 'Plate Nectarine' around october 2002.

Some time later I lost touch with Deliciound. Can't recall what happened; might've had some email server swaps going or, combined with mp3.com going bust and all.

Abt this release: Third remix is somewhat filler of the bunch. On it I'm really but copycatting 'Evolution' by BFC (aka Carl Craig), a fave of mine all the way from early 90s. Deliciound's original had some parts that reminded me of the BFC tune, so it then felt like a "must do" - a mandatory tangential to create a matching remix. This is me on the occasion.

Fanboy-ism. Shoulders of the giants. Evolution <3
